With any third party tool, if you make changes in the native interfaces, your changes will take time to be reflected in AdStage and Automate. You'll see these changes in AdStage after your next data sync.

Depending on when your tasks are scheduled to run, the task may run on "old" data (for example, an old bid value or yesterday's CTR) if the change has not yet been imported into AdStage.

On the flip side, any changes made by Automate will push to the native networks in real time and be made immediately.
