If you are stuck on the Account Settings page and not able to move about the platform, you are experiencing a lockout state because you have an account with an 'all stop' error. To fix this error please reconnect the account. If you don't have access to reconnect the account, either disconnect the account, or turn the visibility off. Once you have done one of those methods you should be able to move about the platform as normal.
