Once you've set up your formulas to pull your cross-network data using AdStage for Google Sheets, you may want to refresh your calls to bring in recent data. Here are a few ways to make it happen:

Scheduled Refresh

  1. Jump into the Add-on menu and select AdStage.

  2. Click 'Settings' and a side-pane should open on the right-hand side.

  3. Switch the dropdown from 'Disabled' to 'Daily at 3am'.

  4. Click 'Save'.

Note: Refresh will occur in the timezone associated with this Sheet. To view or change the timezone, go to File > Spreadsheet settings.

If you'd like more options than 3am, please put a request in to support@adstage.io.

Single Refresh

  1. Jump into the Add-on menu and select AdStage.

  2. Click 'Refresh Tab Now'.

Note: The first time you use the refresh button, all of the formulas in your tab will refresh. Subsequent uses of the Refresh Tab Now button within the same session will only refresh the tab you're in.

Opening a Sheet

  • When opening a Google Sheet the AdStage for Google Sheet formulas may refresh and bring in fresh data depending on when the last session was active.

Updating your Formula

  • Each time you update a formula, your formula will re-pull the data from AdStage.
