Conversion windows work a little bit differently for each ad network. In this article, we'll go over updating conversion windows for each of the networks.
Google Ads, Twitter, and Facebook
AdStage will match the conversion window set up in the native networks. Instructions for updating your conversion window can be found here for Google Ads, here for Twitter (under "How do I set it up?"), and here for Facebook*.
Once the window has been updated, it will take until your next data sync to start reflecting the conversion window in AdStage for all conversions moving forward.
Currently, LinkedIn's conversion windows can't be changed and is set to a 30 day look-back.
*If you change your Facebook Attribution Window, please let us know at support@adstage.io so we can reimport your Facebook data to reflect your new Attribution Window settings.
