Congrats on connecting your first account with AdStage!

It will take between 2-24 hours for your initial sync to complete, depending on the size of the account. This initial sync can take a handful of hours because we sync 2 years' of historical data for customers, and 90 days' worth for trialers. 

You can see if your ad account is still syncing on the Accounts page in the Sync Status column.

After your initial sync, subsequent syncs happen at a more frequent cadence, every 2-6 hours. More here.
