As of today, there are five different ways to share, CSV, Web View, PDF, and Live View. To share a dashboard click the Share, Web View, Live View, or PDF icons in the top right-hand corner of a dashboard.

Clicking the Share icon allows you to send a dashboard to a client's inbox at a cadence of your choosing, in the form of a Web View, a PDF, or CSV's of your tables.

The Web View sends a snapshot of a moment in time to your client, so they can see hovers and insights into their data.  

Live View is almost just like Web View, but with a "Refresh Data" button. The idea here is that your client can bookmark a link, and refresh when they want to see updated data. 

Live View and Web View create publicly accessible views that allow anyone with the link to view the report. You do not need an AdStage account to access a Live View or Web View link.

That said, the random string of characters in the URL is long enough to render it essentially unguessable, adding an extra layer of security. However, if exposure is still a concern, we suggest sharing your reports in PDF format.
