The search query performance reports that you can find in Google Ads native reporting tool can also be created in AdStage Report with the Google Ads Direct table widget. 

Step 1: Select the Google Ads Direct table widget
Step 2: Choose a Google Ads account for the widget
Step 3: Choose "Search Query Performance Report" from the "Show Me" drop-down
Step 4 (Optional): Add additional KPIs in the "Fields" section
Step 5: Click Save
