Syncing your data
The first time you connect an account to AdStage, it goes through an initial sync. Performance data from the last 3 months*, as well as other necessary account information, is passed from the native network into AdStage.
The duration of your initial sync depends on the size of your accounts. Most initial syncs range around 2-6 hours, but some larger accounts can take up to 24 hours.
After the initial sync, AdStage will sync fresh data from the native networks every 2-4 hours.
* For paid users, AdStage syncs up to 2 years of historical data.
Monitoring your account syncs
Once you have connected your accounts, you can monitor the status of the syncs on the Integrations page. The Sync Status column provides a helpful visualization to quickly monitor each account, showing current status and the time of the last sync.
What you can do before the initial sync completes
While the power of AdStage lies in its cross-network capabilities, these reports are not available until the first sync completes.
However, if you have connected a Facebook, AdWords, Yahoo Gemini, or Google Analytics account, you can immediately create your first dashboard in Report with direct widgets (See “Getting Started with Templates” in Step 3).
Direct widgets pull campaign data directly from the ad networks to include the most recent information, as well as some network-specific metrics not available in cross-network widgets (e.g. reach and frequency for Facebook or video metrics for AdWords).
