A Report Dashboard is a data visualization tool that displays the current (or past) status of selected metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for an advertiser. With widgets, a dashboard consolidates and arranges numbers or metrics on a single-screen view. These widgets come in various types, tables, graphs, comparison and trend charts, that can be resized or arranged uniquely to fit your reporting aesthetic.  


The following steps will help you build your very own report dashboard: 

Step 1: Creating Widgets

To create a widget find our widget menu and select the widget that best serves your data visualization needs.

Each widget will show your data uniquely in a dashboard. For instance, if you would like to compare your metrics trending over time (i.e. clicks vs impressions), your best bet is to use a Line Chart. Let’s say you want to see how you’re allocating budget across each network, use the Pie Chart widget to get a clear idea of the networks where you’re spending most of your budget.

Step 2: Designing your Report Dashboard

Now that you've created some Widgets, you'll want to arrange them in a way that is easy and informative to your client/executives. 

There are 3 organizational functionalities that will help with this: "Drag-and-Drop", "Positioning Bar" and " Resizing". Any combination of these functions can help you arrange and shape your widgets so it reads and looks to your particular need and aesthetic.

Step 3- Scheduling your Report

Now that you have your Report Dashboard filled with widgets, and they are placed exactly where you would like, it's now time to share your Report Dashboard out to your team or clients. 

To share your report, locate and click the "Share icon" (envelope) at the top right-hand corner of your dashboard.

Once a pop-up modal opens, you'll be able to include all the emails that will receive the report, give the email a subject title and write a brief message about your findings to your recipients.  

Lastly, pick any (or all) of the three available formats you want your Report Dashboard to be sent, Web Dashboard, PDF or CSV.
